This half term, Year 6 have thoroughly enjoyed their core text: Pig Heart Boy. They have become so invested in Cameron's story and the controversial issue of using animal organs for human transplantation. For our last day of half term, we teachers thought it might be fun for the children to all come together and watch the film - excitement rippled through all 3 classes at the prospect of this! All children have worked incredibly hard throughout this topic and we are immensely proud of them for being so engaged.
