The vision for the year ahead...
We aim to provide a safe, happy and aspirational environment for all, where a broad, values-based curriculum challenges children to develop emotionally, socially and intellectually.
In 2025-2026, we will ensure...
- Leaders at all levels are engaged in making a strong, positive contribution to the school's strategic priorities.
- Questioning, and interaction with children, including those who are disadvantaged or with SEND, is precise, impactful and accelerates achievement.
- Teachers and teaching assistants are consistently supported to the gain the expertise they need for all the subjects and phases they teach.
- Increasing proportions of pupils are ready for the next stage of education.
- A strong focus on attendance and punctuality is maintained, resulting in high attendance for individuals and groups.
- There is a renewed focus on enabling older children to set an example for attendance and behaviour.
- Opportunities are identified to align and tailor our PSHE and RSHE curriculum to school context and wider SMSC curriculum.
- Learning and best practice is consistently shared externally to support system-wide improvement of inclusive practice.
- Staff consistently and proactively maximise the opportunities for engaging children in high-quality interactions throughout continuous provision and structured activities.
- Leaders actively listen, reflect and improve safeguarding practices based on pupil voice.
