- Actively listen, reflect and improve safeguarding practices based on pupil voice.
- Strengthen the quality of curriculum implementation through consistently effective adaptive teaching, ensuring disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND, successfully access, engage with, and achieve the intended curriculum.
- Improve achievement in mathematics and phonics so that an increasing proportion of pupils meet or exceed age-related expectations, demonstrating secure knowledge, fluency and application of learning.
- Sustain responsive support to remove barriers which result in persistent absence.
- Strengthen pupil leadership opportunities to promote inclusion, safeguarding, and British values.
- Ensure leaders at all levels contribute to the school's inclusion strategy, driving the development of high-quality adaptive teaching.
- Ensure all children make strong progress from their starting points through high-quality language development, skilled adult support, effective partnerships with parents, and a well-implemented curriculum that is understood and consistently delivered by all staff.
- Develop exceptional leadership at all levels, creating a culture of high ambition, professional excellence and continuous improvement that secures consistently high-quality curriculum implementation, highly effective adaptive teaching, strong staff development and sustained excellent outcomes for all pupils.
