We look forward to meeting you and your family over the next few months!
Don't forget that we have our first coffee session of the year tomorrow - 9am on the lower site. Come along for an informal chat with Mrs Jeffries and our school family worker, Mrs McCullagh. Everyone is welcome to join us and talk about how the new shool year has started. We'd also love to hear from you if your child is finding it a struggle to get back into school life and we can look at how we can support.
Year 5 have been learning about thermal insulation and conductivity over the last few weeks.
Today we experimented with different materials to see which would be the best insulator and came up with some very interesting results! Ask your child which material prooved the best at keeping the heat in.
Year 6 have had a fantastic first day at Condover Hall! After doing a mixture of trapeze, abseiling, low ropes and wide games, they had an absolute blast at the disco! All are ready for bed so that they can enjoy a jam-packed day tomorrow!
We have had an amazing week in Elder Class. We have enjoyed making new friends, learning new routines and finding our way around the Year2/3 building.
Mrs McCullagh, our family worker, has put together a display of free events happening across the town throughout the summer. When you're here to drop off, collect or just walking past, take a photo of the noticeboard so you can take advantage of some fun activities for the children.
