  • A focus is maintained on supporting the resilience of staff through providing impactful professional development.​
  • The curriculum is optimised to ensure equality of opportunity across all subject areas.​
  • Nothing is left to chance in the development of oracy across the curriculum, especially for pupils with SEND and those at risk of disadvantage.​
  • There are improved rates of progress for all pupils in reading and writing, but particularly disadvantaged pupils; and there are improved rates of progress for all pupils in maths.​
  • Approaches to relational practice, which meets the generational need of all pupils, are explored and embedded​
  • A strong focus on attendance and punctuality is maintained so that disruption to learning is minimised.​
  • Opportunities to develop citizenship are embedded across the curriculum.​
  • Early identification of children requiring an EHCP to enable them to achieve their full potential and access appropriate support and provision.​
  • The role of the school family worker is established to ensure high quality support for families is part of ordinarily available provision.​
  • The learning environment is organised to enable all children to achieve well, including those with SEND.​
  • Staff will have a nuanced understanding of more complex signs and symptoms of different forms of abuse​
