Reaching high for the best for your child

Our Value for the month of November is Courage. We will be thinking about having 'everyday' courage, or being brave - with things like going to the dentist or going swimming for the first time.

We will also be thinking about bigger acts of courage - such as those shown by people who have given their lives in war - as part of our Remembrance Day assembly. 

Today, we thought about the courage shown by child refugees when they flee war-torn countries or persecution. We watched the video here about Matiullah, who is a refugee from Afghanistan, and thought about the courage his story showed.
