Our value for the month of December is Understanding. 

We will be talking about:

- taking time to think ‘why’ someone behaves they way they do

- trying to see things from someone else’s point of view: ‘putting yourself in their shoes’

- understanding that we are all the same, even though we are all amazingly different!
