FAMILY FUN DAY

& CAR BOOT SALE

Sunday 5th July 2009

12pm – 3pm

We are please to announce our annual Summer Fayre! Last year was a fantastic day and we hope that we can deliver an exciting and fun day out for all the family again this year.

The Fun Day is just one of many events organised by the FOF’s and we hope that it will be supported by parents/carers, grandparents, family, teachers and the local community.

Entrance is a donation of your choosing. If you make a donation you are in for a chance of winning a Picnic Basket and all the things you need for a day out with the family.

In addition to the entrance prize, we have an excellent raffle entitled ‘Six Weeks of Summer’ where you can win days out, meals, cinema tickets, and many other exciting things to do in the six weeks’ holiday. Tickets cost 20p or a whole book for £1.00. Tickets will be sold on the day.

We are also holding a Car Boot Sale! To book a pitch, please call our school office number or 01438 351053. With several hundred visitors to our fair, you are bound to be able to sell lots of goods!

We have some great stalls this year, including:

  • Coconut Shy

  • Tombola

  • Hook a Duck

  • Throw the Welly

  • Beat the Goalie

  • Splat the Rat

  • Crazy Hair

  • Lucky Dip

Why not take part in Fairlands very own Bush Tucker Trial!

Get the kids’ face painted or have an airbrush tattoo!

Also, the children of Fairlands will be putting on displays of singing, dancing and gymnastics in our main arena, along with a Salsa display and football skills.

Why not do some shopping? Other stalls include Usbourne books, jewellery, handbags, crafts, Aloe Vera gifts and many more.

Refreshments of BBQ burgers and Hotdogs, vegetable burgers, ice creams, tea coffee and soft drinks will be available.

We hope that this will be an enjoyable day and hope that you will join us. Keep your fingers crossed for sunny weather!!

Thank You
