Families feeling safe are running a FREE 8-week term time course for Mums, Dads and carers who are looking for strategies and new ideas to help improve family life.

The course will help you to:

• Understand what may be influencing your child's behaviour
• Understand how thoughts, feelings and behaviour link
• Respond to a range of feelings e.g. anger, stress, anxiety, worry and frustration
• Improve communication to build better relationships
• Build on your own and child's strengths
• Learn strategies to help you and your family feel safe
