We began making our own seed bags this week in our D&T lesson. Previously, we had planned the colour theme of our badge based on famous art peices and chosen our material. Today we began the fun, but tricky part! 

We had to thread the needle with the thread, tie a knot, create a stitch, create another knot so our stitch didn't move and then attempt a running stitch along the two open edges on the material! 

It was hard work but we perservered and repeated some positive affirmations and all made good progress. 

Thank goodness we had 5 football coaches on hand too!
