Walnut Class have had a wonderful World Book Day! We shared one of Mr T's favourite picture books-Little Beaver and the Echo- and completed a range of fun activities related to the delightful story. After a thorough discussion of the story, we put ourselves into the shoes of the main character and wrote a diary entry recounting Little Beaver's exploits. We then recreated some of the beautiful illustrations from the books using watercolours. It was a very relaxed art session that created a number of masterpieces worthy of the book.
