The children have started to bring in their amazing projects about the digestive system. They have been very creative in the way they have modelled this and they have been excited to share what they have learnt about each part. We will look forward to seeing what other projects arrive before the end of our Healthy Humans topic!

Elder class have been working tirelessly to create wanted posters in the hope of catching the enormous, nerve-jangling giant before he finds Jack. They have ensured that they have used lots of expanded noun phrases with exciting adjectives to create a clear image of the disgusting beast. Check out our posters and tell us if you see him roaming the town.

In English we have been learning about conjunctions. We now know that a conjunction joins two sentences together. Examples of these conjunctions are and, because and but. We have been learning about Jack and the Beanstalk and have extended our sentences with conjunctions.
