Hello year 3,

Well done for a fantastic first half of the Autumn term. We would like to keep you a little busy over the half-term break, and going into the new term with a project. You have set the standards incredibly high with your Egyptian projects, so we are so excited to see what you create for our new topic 'Creation'

We will be looking at lots of different creation stories over the next few weeks, which will give you lots of ideas for when it is your turn to write a creation story. 

With this in mind, we would like you to create a mythical creature. This could be out of recycled materials, lego, or a piece of art. If you're feeling really adventurous, you could create a setting for your mythical creature to live in. 

We will be looking at how many Year 3 spellings you can include in your story, so why not have a practise at home over the half term?
