Today, we used our knowledge of decimals to open our own on shop and sell items to one another! 

We have learnt that numbers after the decimal place are called tenths and we used this to work out prices for our items and to help us find out how much change our customers needed. 

Did you know that 0.5 is the same as 5/10 and is half of a whole?

Did you know that 0.3 of £1 is 30p?
